Your pet’s Safety is first priority at Pet A Pet, although we always take extra care during the grooming process, there is always a risk when dealing with animals. Pet A Pet grooming Salon is under 24 hour CCTV Surveillance to ensure the safety of both our team and the pets in our care. If an accident occurs and your pet is injured in our salon, you will be notified IMMIDIATELY. If it is serious that require VET treatment, we will seek your or nearest vet care, with expenses to be paid by owner unless injury is direct result of negligence of Pet A Pet Grooming Salon.

Please inform us beforehand if your pet has any medical condition or special requirement.

Sedation is not used at Pet a Pet, we reserve rights to discontinue the grooming process at anytime if it is deemed to be unsafe to our groomer or pet.

Late arrival penalty rate at $1 per min after 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment may apply at Pet A Pet’s discretion. If there is no show, reschedule within 24 hours before appointment, or late more than 30 minutes of your appointment, Pet A Pet may cancel your scheduled appointment and your deposit paid during booking will not be refunded.

We normally require your pet to be picked up within 30 minutes after you receive ‘ ready to be picked up’ notification, please let us know beforehand if late pick up is required, however, you pet must be picked up before closing time, otherwise extra fee$1 per minute may apply.

If Flea found on your pet, medicated flea shampoo at $30 extra to kill all fleas present, to make sure your and other pets in our salon are at flea-free environment.
I warrant that my pet is current with the vaccinations required by law, and is healthy to the best of my knowledge.
